With Weights (22m)
Weights! 2-3lb dumbells or weighted balls (aka lemons or limes) and let’s take them through the mat work.
So much work in the upper abs, upper back, and asking the chest to open and shoulders to find more range.
Use the weights or don’t and follow along without them! I have many clients in mat classes or Chisel classes who choose not to use the weights but track the same pattern with us as if resisting and the work is deep!
