25 - Shoulder Opening 30
Goooood one! 30 minutes, with the towel, challenging for sure, and sweaty fun. Truth be told, many of my pro athletes loves this one. Because it’s hard, but also because it frees up the shoulders, the chest, the upper back, and they feel like they gain range.
