We focused on building our advanced mat workout. What it means to advance your practice includes really owning smooth transitions and linking one exercise to the next.
We also worked on lateral side body strength (it is the Wood Element spring season here in the northern hemisphere, and that means get into the lateral, stretch, bend, work, challenge yourself).
It’s a full workout!
