Community Live for December and the new year energetics!

We used the towel this class. And we talked about the seasons and the season we are in, being Water and winter in the northen hemisphere, and that these energetics are more yin by nature - about nourishment, restoration, quiet, tapping into our essence, working deep, taking care of our feet and our spines… and less in truth about BIG goals and resolutions and action and impact as the cultural buzz of the New Year tends to drive us.
So take it for what it’s worth and honor that truth that you are right where you are meant to be and this is a season of deep connection, knowing, and nourishment.
