Daily back care is connecting to your powerhouse, your deep core strength and translating that strength and awareness from the frontside deep into the spine, the backside. Move mindfully, slowly, intentionally. Use your breath. Find your transverse abdominus and maintain connection throughout the day.
A little bit each day is everything!
And of course, listen to your body always, I am not your doctor, I’m your Pilates teacher and a friend along your journey!
