Fundamentals ~ Do these pre-primer work like we did at camp. Low impact, form work, detailed cues, build core connection.
Activation ~ Pre-lift or conditioning, pre-practice and pre-game. Get your powerhouse turned on, then apply it to everything else.
Chisel Standing ~ Standing work to improve alignment in feet/ankles/knees/hips, balance, strength, single leg work.
Recovery ~ Gain flexibility and recover faster. Do when tired, tight, sore, and before/after traveling. Great mellow work on your ‘off’ days too.
Strength ~ Higher tempo & harder Pilates exercises, build whole body strength.
