Set right after the Friday online Chair class workout.
We will dive into variations of exercises we know and do often - like one arm or leg variations, different setup positions, other spring settings, and transitions between exercises we do often.
We will look at modifications - ways to find the essence of each exercise if the classical setup doesn't work for the client, the moment, the goal.
