Taught to suit later term pregnancy too. Some hands and knees, half roll downs, side kicks of course, and kneeling side planks.
Find your lats, strengthen the hips, engage front to back, and keep feeling for the ‘doming’ in the center - and adjust then to use the transverse more, the rectus less!
