Get Stronger (38)

I’m crazy about this workout. I had so much fun filming it, and I’m dripping in sweat by the end. In 38 minutes it’s whole body - yes side kicks and fish, backside work and deep abs, and dynamic with smooth flow. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
