Safety and setup for your Classical Reformer!

Footwork - really important to take the time and set this up correctly!
- toes (aka balls of feet, all toes on, metatarsal pad)
- arches (heels drive under, wrap the toes
- heels (big ankle flex and spread the toes)
- tendon stretch = back to the toes and lower lift (aka calf raise but it comes from your glutes, hams, inner thighs)

100 - no moving the reformer, curl high, stay steady!
