Our annual collective month of movement!

Why do we move everyday? Because we feel better. In our bodies, in our spirits, in our true sense of self.
Movement, exercise, time for yourself, getting your mat out… it’s a discipline at first, it becomes a habit, it stays a ‘must do’ to feel like your best ‘you’. May is a great month to set this stage, set up your summer, connect to your deep core, make a routine you are proud of, and do so with me and our amazing community around the world (online and in person).

Pilates daily through the elements and working a wide range of content

Members with access to the huge library of video workouts are guided through the entire month.

Building from basics/fundamentals (water element vibes), into harder stuff with longer videos and more range and building in strength (more intermediate & advanced sequences of the wood element), into mid-month challenges like full Chisel classes and doubles in a day (more advanced and more Chisel upright style that is SO MUCH fun and a sweaty good time)… then after peaking mid month in intensity, Brooke guides you through video workouts daily that bring you back into your self, your deep connection, shorter workouts with deep work and solid form (earth element videos) and then finally to long stretch+work videos where you get some release and return back to yourself stronger, freer, more connected, and super proud of a month of workouts and a new movement routine that you own!
